What payment methods are available?

- Pay Later – We will determine payment method and due date based on your payment terms in our system.

What shipping methods are available?

- Ship Collect – We will ship through your preferred carrier using your account number.

- Ship Cheapest – We will ship using the cheapest method available.

- Ship Fastest – We will ship using the fastest method available.

- Customer Pickup – We will hold your order on-site until you pick it up.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

- Quantity discounts will be applied to products labeled with ** at the end of the product name.

- Quantity Discount Eligible:

    5% Discount - quantity 50-99

    10% Discount - quantity 100 or more

Can I add/remove products from my order after it is placed?

No, in order to add/remove products from an order please contact our office. If you are adding products you can place another order with the additional products you wish to add and we will ship both orders together.

Can I reorder a previous order?

Yes, if you go to your account and then select my orders, it will display all previous orders. You then can select the Reorder button to place that order again. See demonstration video in the How to Navigate the Wholesale Site page for visual instructions.

How can I order my custom products?

Under the confirm order section when checking out, you can type which of your custom products you wish to order in the "Add Notes About Your Order" section. Please include the product SKU and quantity of items and any extra details necessary.

 Can I send my invoice to a different email?

Yes, go to all orders and then click the check box next to the order invoice you wish to send. You can then select "Send Selected" and type in the email you wish to forward the invoice to.
